My contribution to the FDzeeN: Issue 1 publication
consisted of both the cover photography and
a featured spread.
The editorial series accompanies the article
“Fermentation is about Magic” written by
Ana Gutman, Ixchel Erándeni García Gálvez,
Georgina Ávila Díaz and Juan Carlos Hidalgo Garza.
These images illustrate a proposal to promote
healthier eating habits in children by exploring
the magical ritual of fermentation.
The cover image is part of an extensive research
process that embodies the main theme of the issue.
